Class # 1 - Read, learn, memorize, pray, and share...1 John 4:7 ‘Beloved, let us love one another; for love is of God, and he who loves is born of God and knows God.’ / Decide on a phrase to declare.
Pray4&PRO2 (Pray for and prayerfully reach out too) ourselves! (Pray for yourself!)
Fast/Abstain from all desserts, sweets, sugars and artificial sugars, until you start the next class.
Class # 2 - Read, learn, memorize, pray, and share... Jeremiah 33:8 ‘I will cleanse them from all the guilt of their sin against me, and I will forgive all the guilt of their sin and rebellion against me.’ Declaration / Confession: When I confess my sins, I am cleansed, and my guilt is removed by God!

Fast/Abstain from alcoholic beverages, energy drinks, and extra substances that are habitual.

Fast from all bread. Abstain from music / noise. Wear earplugs at times.

Fast/Abstain from all meat, social media and news on the television, internet or newspaper.

Fast/Abstain from all electronic screens, except for what is mandatory for work.

Fast/Abstain from eating out and all processed foods.

Fast/Abstain from buying anything, unless it is truly an emergency.
