In short, a diet is what you eat! Everybody is on a diet. Some people’s diets are healthy, some are not. Some are on a specific diet that minimalizes certain types of foods, and some diets emphasize certain types of food. It’s all ‘diet.’

Autophagy is taken from the Greek word autos, meaning, self… and phagomai, meaning, to eat… and therefore, it is ‘self-eating.’ Autophagy is when your body breaks down and reuses or removes damaged, defective, or unnecessary cells, organelles, proteins, pathogens, and the like, etc,… and also, therefore, provides raw material for new cellular structures. It is essential to fast, in order for this to happen. Some may do it seasonally, some yearly, but make sure to do it!

Ketones are an alternative energy source that is produced by the liver, specifically from fat in the body, that is created when glucose is low.

Intermittent fasting helps in weight loss, and provides good health benefit, and is the discipline of structuring when you eat, and not as much, what you eat. Some people who choose to have a lifestyle of intermittent fasting will eat only one meal a day, or for an allotted amount of time per day, like 4 hours between 2pm and 6pm, or 8 hours, between noon and 8pm.

H.I.I.T. stands for High Intensity Interval Training, and is used by people around the world, to help them maximize cardiovascular and metabolic benefits from their exercise, which is alternating between short bursts of high intensity exercises, with short recovery periods.
Instead of jogging for an hour… a High Intense Interval Training Workout would be a half hour or less, of doing exercises that require most of your energy, for 20 to 80 seconds at a time, and then resting in between. I once learned that you get 40-50 percent of your energy back after one minute (which is what most H.I.I.T. techniques allow) and after about five minutes, you would get about eighty to ninety percent of your energy back.

To live a healthy life! Longevity without a healthy life is detrimental to yourself, your family, and the nation at large. Why do you want to spend the last twenty years struggling to live? Is that longevity? No! Longevity needs to be the number of years you live a healthy life.

The LORD! Yes, receive the eucharist first thing in the morning. Then add water… lots of water!
Sometimes people add a tbsp or two of apple cider vinegar which boosts metabolism, regulates sugar in the blood, and combats harmful pathogens.
Some add a pinch of salt, which helps with hydration, electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium) necessary for fluid balance and nerve function… boosted energy levels, etc.
Some add some baking soda for increased Alkalinity, and…
Some add lemon too!

Verily, verily, I say unto you… a diet that is mainly a whole food foods plant-based diet is the best. In short… if you’re like most Americans… reverse your diet!
Most people eat meat, sweets, and processed foods etc., five, six, seven days a week, and only have whole, plant-based foods, two- or three-days week. Let’s switch it around!
Read the brief exhortation below and then watch a few of the linked-up documentaries to start the process of exchanging meats, dairy and sweets, for vegetables, fruits, legumes, whole grains, nuts and seeds! All we really need to do, is get introduced to the right recipes!
Verily, verily are words that Jesus used to help us know, that what he was about to say, was very important. I believe His hope was that the listeners would truly take what He said to heart, understand that it was very important, and actually do something about the information he shared. (By the way… you can find twenty-five of these solemn declarations in the Gospel of John. Have you read John’s gospel recently? Focus on them next time!)

Verily, Verily, I say unto you… you were created to thrive, and have optimal health… to be awake, stimulated, and full of vigor. You were created to be full of joy, amidst this darkened world, and love one another very well… It is said that ‘they’ (the world) will know ‘us’ (Christians) by our love. And if we can do this better, if we are healthier. 3 John 2 says, ‘Beloved, I pray above all things, that you may prosper, and be in good health, even as your soul prospers.’
In order to thrive better, and have optimal health, it is imperative to have a diet that is in alignment with holy, moral values. Everyone is on a diet… which is the food a person eats. When you adjust your diet to be healthy diet, it’s the right step to help your heart, body, soul, mind, spirit and strength. You’d be surprised at what people ate 800 years ago. You’d be surprised at what people ate 80 years ago!
We need God’s help. We need God’s wisdom. We need information that will help us with a holy, healthy, healing diet.
Please watch some of the below documentaries, to learn about the truth, research-based facts, that a diet that mainly consists of whole food, and is plant-based… (Fruits and Vegetables, Whole Grains, Legumes, Seeds and Nuts, and Healthy Oils in moderation) is the optimal diet for humans, period.

They are not all suitable for children.
