My goal is to help souls
hear, memorize, pray and share ‘The Word of God,’
so that the world becomes a healthier place to live,
people follow the Great Command and the Great Commission, and for all souls to go to heaven.

Many kids these days are growing up with a culture and world that is very disturbed, unhealthy, and basically… ungodly. Scripture is missing from most hearts. It’s time to train them up to be like Christ, by helping them memorize, and understand the Holy Word of God.

HOSEA 4:6 God says, “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge; because you have rejected knowledge, I reject you from being a priest to me. And since you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.”

Adults who missed out on a scriptural foundation, need to take their spiritual lives to the next level and gain the knowledge necessary to lead their families, and others, to holiness.

2 PETER 1:3 “His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us to his own glory and excellence.”

The idea for Soul Fitness Ministries began in 2011 when my cousin expressed to me that he wished there was a website for families, that included scriptural wisdom, nutritional information, financial advice, health and physical education resources. While not all of this is on the website, Stephen has developed courses that include most of it, and guides participants into the ways of the LORD.

PSALM 107:20 “he (God) sent forth his word (Jesus), and healed them (us), and delivered them from destruction.”

Over the past fifteen years, Soul Fitness Ministries has grown from an idea, to nearly twenty books, four courses, two coloring books, a YouTube channel with a dozen playlists, and more.

SFM is a non-profit organization that equips believers to engage in the Word of God, like few others.

Unlike many ministries, SFM helps souls memorize scripture, and then pray the scriptures for many different people.

We help souls get, ‘Soul Fit,’ so they can have greater success in the Great Commandment, and the Great Commission!
