Soul Fitness 4 Kids…
a one of a kind, spiritualized, physical education course!
Classes include:
Prayer Time
1) A body movement exercise while verbally speaking and memorizing scripture
2) Warm-up laps while learning about Biblical Geography, History & a Quote
3) A time for agility drills
4) A vocabulary word to learn during the agility drills
5) Sport information, sport cues & practice
6) Information on nutrition
7) A P.E. style game (not a main team sport)
8) Warm up stretches, body weight exercises, and / or abdomen exercises
9) Etiquette

*different age groups will cover a different amount of information and vary in length.
