All of History is…
His… (God’s) Story.

God’s Story for Soul Fitness Ministries includes many people from Georgia, Virginia, across the States, and now, California. I thank all of you who have helped in creating this non-profit, and all who have prayed for and participated in this gift for God.

This Timeline shares the development of how one conversation, brought forth ‘Soul Fitness Ministries,’ which has become a non-profit with over twenty different types of books including courses, workbooks, coloring books, poems, novena’s, a YouTube channel with over 300 videos and a ministry that changes souls, one day at a time.

(Because there were so many books written, I do not know when I started and finished each one and have left many of them out of this timeline.)

2011 - Stephen and his cousin Lee talk after his second sons’ baptism. A month later, Stephen received the name from the LORRD… Soul Fitness Ministries.

2012 - Soul Fitness Ministries gets a logo, hand drawn by Stephen during his Inductive Bible Study class.
‘Bearing Fruit: The Abundant Life That God Provides’ (Book # 1) is started.

2013 - Soul Fitness Ministries ‘40 Days Fast for Fathers’ is created.
This, over the next couple of years, turns into ‘The World Revival Prayer Guide’ a multi season course.

2014 - Soul Fitness Exercises, combining body movement with scripture begins.

2015 - Soul Fitness Ministries continues with the book 'United Spirit Motivation: Igniting All Believers to Engage in True Life; Jesus Christ.’

2016 - SFM starts trial Soul Fitness Exercise classes at Asbury Theological Seminary. Stephen graduates.

2017 - SFM gets writes two more books ‘The Diary of An Evangelist,’ and ‘77 Hours: A Christmas In Brazil.’

2018 - SFM starts the first Soul Fitness 4 Kids, spiritualized P.E. program at St. Anne Catholic Church in GA.
SFM has its first SF4Kids summer camp at St. Anne Catholic Church in Atlanta, GA.

2019 - SFM has occasional SFM Worship Gatherings where the LORD moves powerfully.
SFM records six videos per single Proverb, resulting in over 180 videos on YouTube.

2020 - More work on more seasons of the World Revival Prayer Guide, and Soul Fitness 4 Kids grows.

2021 - SFM becomes a non-profit, established in Georgia.
SFM starts recording the 45 videos for the Soul Fitness 4 Kids Introduction Course on YouTube.

2022 - SFM becomes a non-profit in Virginia. The Soul Fitness 4 Kids Introduction class, and Trial Class is completed in Front Royal, Virginia, with Padre Pio Academy homeschooling students.
SFM records another 45-video course, Soul Fitness 4 Kids Introduction Course.
SFM leads ‘Soul Fitness Christmas Music Events’ at about a dozen retirement facilities.
SFM starts writing ‘The World Revival Prayer Guide Style Novena.’ (WRPG Style Novena)

2023 - SFM writes ‘The Confirmation Speech.’
SFM starts publishing all the books written over the past ten years, onto Amazon.

2024 - SFM starts ‘The WRPG: Introduction Course’ at an Independent Living Facility in Virginia Beach.
SFM writes two more books, ‘Uber Driving: Just One Day,’ and ‘Uber Driving: Just One Night.’
SFM starts SF4Kids is started at a park in Virginia Beach.

2025 - SFM travels across the United States, ministering along the way, and lands in Los Angeles, California.

2026 - SFM leads The World Revival Prayer Guide: Introduction Course, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Gardena, California
SFM starts selling The Soul Fitness 4 Kids First Coloring Book, and The World Revival Prayer Guide
Trial Course Drawings, and The WRPG Style Novena, at various Catholic churches in Los Angeles.
SFM starts leading The World Revival Prayer Guide Experience, at retirement facilities in Southern CA.
SFM starts the 2026 Summer Mission Trip / Book Tour throughout California.

Testimonies

(While Soul Fitness Ministries intentionally minimizes photos and videos out of respect for people’s privacy, dignity, and in order to not alter the experience they received… we have collected some testimonies over time.)

Examples of people and/or families we have ministered to.

(Again, because we believe people would or could feel judged, objectified, or intruded upon if we were to ask for photos or testimonies right after a time of ministering, we prefer to keep our ministry off-camera and focused on the people we serve. Here are a few examples of people we cross paths with and talk with.)

  • Single mom with very active boy at playground. B. shared a word of encouragement to her. She started crying. Shared to read proverbs… someone did the same, recently. (Park)

  • Explained some of the gospel to teenagers at a park, one of which, who wasn’t fully engaged, had an ‘I love shooting’ sticker on her forehead. (Park)

  • Led homeschool students in Psalm 119:133, ‘Order my steps in your Word, and let no sin have dominion over me,’ during a day at the park. (Park)

  • Led other homeschool students in Psalm 119:133 and Mark 12:29-31 (The Great Commandment) at local park. (Park)

  • At another park, engaged in conversation with parent about spiritual realities, helping him not feel so depressed about the state of the world. (Park)

  • Explained God’s ‘glory,’ to student at park, while they waited for siblings. (Park)

  • Encouraged family to have their children baptized, and for the spouse to get baptized. (Park)

  • Many times, sharing about the LORD with hotels and motels workers. (Hotel / Motel)

  • Traveling across the United States, ended up at a park where there was a ‘furries’ gathering, and ministered to a few of them. (Traveling)

  • Walking down neighborhood by hotel, come across Muslim family feud. Ministered to them that only Jesus can change people’s behavior, etc. (Hotel)

  • Many times, sharing about Soul Fitness Ministries, the YouTube Channel and talk of scripture etc. (Many places)

  • Many times, helping people learn about and encouraging people not to take God’s name in vain. (Many places)

  • Kid with fox tail on. Spoke with her and the mother and shared Biblical truth and warnings of the worlds desire for the girl to truly believe she’s an animal, etc. (Church)

  • Helping people feel more comfortable coming into church and explaining about church to them so they understand more of what’s going on. (Church / Many Places)

  • Intervened when a parent was talking aggressively to a daughter outside of a library, ended up getting to pray for the whole family, as the parent was working on remaining calmer. (Library)

  • Approached a man with a t-shirt that displayed a very inappropriate image, and conversed with him about holiness, etc. (Library)

  • Stopped by a couple who we heard in the distance one night, arguing. Spoke with her, and him, and prayed for them both. (Near Beach)

  • The list of all the times ministry took place with people at the various jobs I had, and all the words spoken, are written in heaven.

  • The list could go on and on… when we helped others with patient love, prayerful declarations, and actions that are wise… guiding them to seek, know, accept Jesus, and get back into church.
