Verily, verily, I say unto you… a diet that is mainly a whole food plant-based is the optimal diet for humans.

In short… if you’re like most Americans… reverse your diet!

Most people eat meat, sweets, and processed foods etc., five, six, seven days a week, and only have whole, plant-based foods, one, or two days a week. Switch it around! After I type a bit of my thoughts… go to the resources below to learn about the effects of implementing a whole food, plant-based diet for five to seven days of the week!

Verily, verily are words that Jesus used, to help his audience know, that what he was about to say, was very important. Instead of saying the same thing twice in a row, (which He might have done in some instances) He would say, verily, verily, or truly, truly, or I assure you… depending on translation…

I believe His hope was that the listeners would truly take what He said to heart, and actually did something about what He said. I hope you’ll do the same with what I say below! By the way… you can find twenty-five of these solemn declarations in the Gospel of John. Have you read John’s gospel recently? Next time you do. Focus on them.

Verily, Verily, I say unto you… you were created to thrive, and have optimal health… to be awake, stimulated, and full of vigor. You were created to be full of joy, amidst this darkened world, and love one another very well… It is said, that ‘they’ (the world) will know ‘us’ (Christians) by our love. And if we can do this better, if we are healthier. 3 John 2 says, ‘Beloved, I pray above all things, that you may prosper, and be in good health, even as your soul prospers.’

In order to thrive better, and have optimal health, it is imperative to have a diet that is in alignment with holy, moral values. Everyone is on a diet… which is simply the kind of foods a person eats. When you adjust your diet to a healthy diet, it’s the right step to help your heart, body, soul, spirit and strength.

We need God’s help. We need God’s wisdom. We need information that will help us with a holy, healthy, healing diet.

The last part to share before sharing a few resources below, is that the media, and the worldly culture, has programed us to believe lies, and that eating x,y,z, is actually the best. The truth is that most of their information is false, to keep you buying their food.

So, without further ado… please let me introduce you to some documentaries that will inform you of the missing information you need, and the inspiration to adjust your diet. In these documentaries, you will find that a diet that is mainly whole food and plant-based… (Fruits and Vegetables, Whole Grains, Legumes, Seeds and Nuts, and Healthy Oils in moderation) is the optimal diet for humans, period.
